Have a look here for my quick video about the standard terms/options that usually apply and check your proposals and modifications:

You may need ALL other creditors to vote, and vote in favour, in order to get the IVA through as you will need 75% in value voting to approve.

Have they explained why?

How much % of total debt do they have?

What does your Nominee say about it - can they convince them to change their minds?

It depends on your circumstances when compared to other options like a Debt Management Plan, A Debt Relief Order or Bankruptcy. We would need to know things like: [list=]What are assets do you own and how much are they worth? What are you debts? What is your surplus monthly income (ignoring payments...

As Foggy says you can either have a payment ...

Once you have given them what they need they have 21 days to write to creditors with the variation giving at least 14 days notice of the meeting to vote on it.

I suspect you will find the card has been stopped/frozen when you go to use it.

If your question is that payments finished in September and should you have received your CC by now then yes, unless there are other assets/issues your IP needs to deal with - chase them up in writing.

Lots of firms allow 6 months for the closure period so you should have heard something by now.
