Remind the IVA firm that they already have the info as it is included in your wage slips that they have been given.

Hi You need to speak to some advisers to explain your circumstances in more detail in order that they can advise you. A DRO would not be applicable to you with that level of debt and a DMP is probably not going to be viable for any material length of time with that level of debt, which may narrow yo...

Whether or not you can have his name taken off the mortgage will be down to the mortgage Company to agree and is likely to be based on your affordability to cover the mortgage payments on your own.

Do you own a property that you have more than £5k equitable interest in? If not, then I calculate the total assets in your IVA might be c£55k if you have 2 years left to pay at £220 per month: 4,680 4,850 2,650 5,280 37,500 54,960 It would seem after costs and statutory interest there is unlikely to...

I doubt it once costs and any statutory interest is added. (8% per annum)

Assuming statutory interest is included you might like to ask creditors to vary the VA and waive their rights to interest to keep the figures down.

I think they may be saying that the extra pensions are too high and will not be accepted as part of your expenditure.

You either need to reduce some of your other costs to be able to afford the pension increase or may even need to consider opting out until your IVA has finished.

Perhaps the loan you are referring to is the secured loan option in relation to release the equity in your property at month 54?

IWe cannot tell you what is going on as we do not know what has happened. Normally any debts and costs unpaid at the end of the term will be written off so it does not make sense that the IP's would be asking you for extra funds at the end unless there are extra assets available. It sounds to me lik...

It comes out of the assets in the IVA and therefore reduces the amount the creditors will receive.
