It is impossible to advise you without knowing more information I'm afraid.

I have produced various videos on each of the procedures you may like to look at here which might help you narrow it down:

What are the admin charges - the Supervisors costs? I presume they originally estimated that their costs would amount to £5k but the actual costs incurred have been £12k. These are approved by creditors and deducted from the assets. You would only need to worry about their costs if you were paying e...

A DMP and IVA are two different things. It could be that they wish to pass the refund to you as it may not be cost effective to open your (presumed IVA) again to process it, but you may never know if you don't return their message.

You can usuauly obtain credit for less than £500, sometimes with your IP's permission but I doubt it will be possible due to your credit rating being damaged due to the IVA.

Does your partner have good creditor? Perhaps the agreement could be in his name only.

Not all landlords do proper credit checks and those that do may not be bothered about an IVA.

Worst case scenario you may need a guarantor.

You can't pick and choose which creditors to include in an IVA - all of your unsecured debts will be included.

With that level of debt you really should take some advice to ensure an IVA is the right option for you.

It is a risk failing the IVA - you need to ensure all creditors will accept your payment terms before failing it otherwise you will be back to square one - with the full amount of debt, plus contractual interest, plus any shortfall due for the IVA costs. Creditors will be able to take recovery actio...

Yes but depending on the figures highly unlikely your IP will resurrect a case that is 10 years old, unless it really is a material sum.

They usuaully have 21 to put the offer to creditors (check the variation clause in your proposals to confirm) and then they have to give creditors 14 days notice of the meeting to vote on the variation. So, unless it the mtg is adjourned you should have the answer within about 5-6 weeks from sending...
