Your creditors should update their records accordingly once they have been told the IVA is complete and you have come off the register however this often doesn't happen or the records are not adjusted properly. Is there anyway you could consider using this money to offer a F&F to creditors to finish your IVA instead of towards a wedding?

Either way the PPI will not come to you (unless it is enough to pay off the remaining debt and costs and interest in full) so probably not worth worrying about.

I agree with Foggy both you and creditors agreed to the formula used in your proposals. Challenge this with them.

Worst case scenario it may even be worth instructing solicitors to fight this to save you the extra year of payments. Hopefully that won't be necessary.
