Ask them what their polivy is but also bear in mind even if the HP Company continues to allow you to have the vehicle on finance, the creditors may object to the payments when reviewing your Income & Expenditure and calculating any potential contributions you may have to pay into the IVA pot.

If your IP firm uses the standard Protocol terms then your IVA will likely last for 5 years with an extra year extension in lieu of the property equity. R3 terms are however more flexible and would just need to compare to BKY. It depend...

Yes - you have to declare ALL of your creditors.

However they can offer to write it off (only on the basis the IVA is approved) in order to make the IVA offer more attractive to the other creditors.

I'm not sure you will be able to get a new car on credit, even if you finish your IVA early. I suspect you will still have to wait for the 6 year anniversary to pass.

Hi Katie

It's really hard to say how creditors will vote again given, as Foggy says, it was surprising to hear they didn't accept the first 2 offers.

Can you remind me why you are trying to finish the IVA early rather than carry on and make your contributions to the end of the term?

If IVA fails and you can bring debts down to below £20k then a Debt Relief Order might be a possibility but not sure if your circumstances will fit the criteria.
