Hi Steve You can of course complain but ultimately you would have agreed to the calculations used for your disposable income in the original proposal and agreed to the payments that you were due to make so I'm not sure how far such a complaint will go. Maybe you could use it to reach a direct settlement with your creditors and avoid an IVA altogether. Depends on your circumstances and level of debt.

The CC is sent to the Insolvency register.

Your creditors are also told that the IVA has completed and that they should update their records accordingly, but unfortunately many don't and you have to do a bit of leg work to tidy up your credit rating yourself..

I would recommend you instruct your Solicitors to try and fight the interim order and see if you get get a final one.

I can recommend a good insolvency Solicitor.
