Unless and until the IVA has finished, you are off the insolvency register and 6 years has passed form the start of your IVA I doubt your credit rating will improve very much.

If you have not (yet) approved this proposed modification then the IVA highly likely to not be approved as it sounds as if it's hinging on this modification. I suspect the creditors might be saying they feel the payments are a little high so you will need to find the savings elsewhere on your expend...

By my calculations it will cost you c£861 go down the secured route option.

As Foggy says you need to weigh up the pros and cons. How likely you are to be left an inheritance or earn extra income etc that may have to be paid over in full or part into the IVA over the next 3 years.

Their annual report should include details of any dividends paid and a receipts and Payments Schedule listing all the R&P in the IVA.

Many IVAs do not pay out a dividend until the end as the costs come out first and are often front loaded.

Corporation Tax mainly relates to a Limited Company so is not a personal debt and wouldn't therefore be included in an Individual arrangement.

The Company will need to be dealt with separately if it is insolvent.
