You need to get an agreement in place BEFORE you sell the house. I strongly suggest you take advice and pause the sale or you will lose all of your share of equity into the IVA unless and util the total debts, interest and costs have been paid in full. I recommend you urgently speak to an IP or a sp...

Do not get a payday loan - I doubt it will be possible anyway due to your credit rating. If things are really that desperate you will have to ask your IP for a break, slightly delaying the end of your IVA. Has the IVA already failed? It seems not from what you have said. Why has the IP said they will not put an F&F offer to creditors/ They don't have a choice - they have to - it's up to creditors to decide whether to accept your offer, not the IP (unless the IVA has indeed failed). Find a differen...

Might be best to sell house first and use proceeds to do a deal with creditors. You might not need an IVA.

However if you want to keep your property and stay on the property ladder you may want to chat to an IP about the possibility of a contributions based IVA.

As the others state I think you may find your IVA has another 12 months to run plus any windfall will fall into the IVA. Take advice on this before you act. You could put together a full and final offer on basis of voluntarily selling house and using funds equal to the remaining payments of c£3.4k t...

You need to act quickly to cancel them and check their terms as you may be responsible for paying their costs for work done to date.

Yes but that doesn't mean an IVA will be the best option for you. Speak to an IP for some advice.

Do you only have one creditor?

Why would you be 'sacked' for entering an IVA?
