Hi

I have done some research and it may be possible.

Many documents will require a residential address, so an address would need to be decided upon and the address used by the debtor for the creditors would need to be disclosed.

I would be concerned that your IP has given you the wrong advice in the first place...

You will need to pay the monies into the IVA, once received.

The broker is not using quite the right terminology but your release/discharge/completion date with be the date on your completion certificate, once received.

£10k sounds reasonable - it will be up to creditors to decide. The more attractive the offer, the more likely they are to accept it.
