Agreed - an IVA is a contract with obligations on all sides.

If CF are seeking to change the contract and the contract does not specifically include how assessments are done in this way, then they have to change the contract.

The larger comapnies tend to spend a lot of effort on onboarding but then you end up with indifferent service.

Unless you are looking at director level roles (which in the NHS can start at 8b) it should not be a issue. Your pension scheme contributions are pretty much defined by your contract. Try and claim any possible PPI before going into an IVA as you might find that what you get back stops you having to...

The IVA company acting for the creditors has a claim on his wife's estate and that means they need to get in contact with the executor. Even if he is the executor, he has no direct responsibilities for maintaining the payments for his deceased wife. IVA companies are also supposed to have processes ...

Is the £35000 owed to your employer included in the £48000 that you identified? You need to think this through and that includes talking to your employer about what would happen if you went into an IVA. I have half a feeling that your employment may be at risk because I am not sure they could allow ...

There was one case where someone came back about the result of going to the regulator and I believe that it was against Aperture.

Historically, their IP's get fined quite often due to delays in the process.
