When you make the offer you say the money from the third party is only available for the purpose of completing your iva and you will not have access to it if nor approved.

The third party is likely to have to write a letter to confirm it is their money and not part of a money-laundering scheme

Firstly you need to file a complaint about how your call was handled and the call terminated- that simply is not acceptable in my opinion. Secondly I would send them a letter registered post, do you can track its receipt, explaining the mix messages and inability to provide an answer to what is a re...

No credit check is involved in getting a budget loan however it will need to be repaid from benefits with immediate effect and on a weekly basis.

Is it not better to consider a payment break from your iva to help you out if this predicament ?

I would speak to them, listen to what they want and if it is they are chasing for money tell them a copy of completion certificate can be sent if they insist to prove further.

You are covered and protected by your iva so they are clutching at straws. .. unless it is PPi as foggy suggests..

Really sorry to hear of your sad news. As others have said you will need to inform your IP of the inheritance due and be led by them. You will be liable for the balance of your original debt plus potentially statutory interest and IP fees. You may be able to negotiate a full and final offer to remov...

Ahh stop worrying - the worst they can do is ask you to pay back the £7k ... it may not come to that let your solicitor handle things for you and try not to lose sleep over it.
