The key word here us 'suspended' ... not yet a done deal ... let's hope with some communication from your IP to your creditors they can find a common ground that is reasonable for you to accept...they normally adjourn for up to 14 days whilst they try to resolve .... hard but try to stay positive !

You could speak to Ryan and or Shaun our forum mortgage experts who may...

Welcome and good luck for your creditors meeting ! Your list of creditors are similar to many others and the iva proposed will only have been proposed by your chosen IP if they honestly felt it had a very good chance of being approved. Easier said than done but try and stay positive between now and ...

If you feel that you were mis sold your iva then you should first put a complaint in with your iva company. Should you feel thdt this does not resolve the issue then the next stage would be a complaint to the ombudsman. However .... you clearly knew at the outset that the expenditure listed was fabr...

If you have your completion certificate I would say it is an error as your case is now closed.
Are you still on the insolvency register ?

Maybe give them a call and ask why it has been asked for.

Just put it in your purse and leave it until your iva concludes.

If they do want a transaction on it put £10 of fuel on it each month and pay it immediately off.
