You have the right to withdraw until the creditors meeting, and certainly the cooling off period should be ok.
Be sure that you have considered all options for a debt solution and take advice from two or three companies to alleviate any fears.

No reason why you can't if its a formal agreement and cost is no more ..makes sense as you won't need references and a friendly landlord is always good to have onside when things need replacing.
Will they take on full responsibility for the maintenance etc or are they expecting you to do that ?

It will depend on the wording in your iva but normally increases in salary are dealt with at your next annual review. As this is only a temporary rise they may take it as "overtime" payments and apply the first 10% is yours then a 50:50 split between you and your iva, again it depends on w...

If the amount of inheritance allows you to pay 100% of original debt, plus fees and statutory interest then anything left will be yours to keep and iva concluded.

I would just go and enjoy it .... cant see anyone being interesed in this as for me you have been wise in your choices and I see it as a loyalty card building points- bit like Tesco Clubcard or Sainsbury points.

Totally agreed. Your partners overtime is his business not of your IVA. His salary would have been used to ensure fairness of expenditure within the household compard to income.

What a great friend to have- someone who knows what its like to go through. I agree a DRO may be an option, but I do like you wonder if bankruptcy would be a better and quicker option with the position she is in. I would ask her to seek a reassessment of her universal credit if it has changed things...
