I would write to the financial controller and ask them to amend your details within 14 days otherwise a formal complaint will be made. Send the letter recorded delivery so it can be tracked.

Do you have your completion certificate? You certainly do not have to pay more once an iva is closed and concluded.
I would certainly be reporting this man to the police especially if in a no cold calling area - he has no rights to be where he is or doing what he is doing

Advice from 2 or 3 companies is best - if protecting the house is important then bankruptcy should be last resort.

We can all give our opinions but professional advice with all the facts and figures will be far better

What a kind friend you are !

A review of your friends income Nd expenditure is needed. An iva should be manageable with careful budgeting not impossible, however it does sometimes take time to get into the mindset

Difficult to give the advice without sitting down and listening to your fall case. I wluld approach two or three providers and seek their advice - with that level of debt you are probably borderline for DRO ... have you also considered bankrupty?

Let us know how you get on.

Be interested to know what Ryan and or Shaun's advice is ... to me the deposit seems low to the value of the property and your iva is still quite "fresh" so may cause an issue - hope not for your sake as I know how important it is to move on after your iva concludes.
