I was in same position and still had to psy my money to my creditors as it was deemed theirs due to the loss of interest that had been paid

You rill only pay back the original debt plus IP fees plus statutory interest.
Anything more from the sale of the house will be yours.

I presume your IP has given permission for the sale of the house during your IVA ?

I would write to the financial controller and ask them to amend your details within 14 days otherwise a formal complaint will be made. Send the letter recorded delivery so it can be tracked.

Do you have your completion certificate? You certainly do not have to pay more once an iva is closed and concluded.
I would certainly be reporting this man to the police especially if in a no cold calling area - he has no rights to be where he is or doing what he is doing

Even if an iva is ended early it remains on your credit file for 6 years from its agreed date.
