Wait until you physically have it but be prepared to only retain the first 10% , then it will be a 50:50 split ... you may get to see about £440 of it if you are lucky !

Foggy outlines the situation well and likewise I am unsure of what exactly it is you are seeking. If you are trying to identify a breach and some sort of iva refund I think you need to fully aware that this could result in your debts being "reinstated" despite your iva payments of the last...

I would imagine it will take a few months to identify an average earnings per month and with the festive season bringing more hours it possibly may get taken as overtime initially if over previous income. Have a chat with your IP and seek their advice - as long as the iva remains affordable thats al...

I saw our iva as a loan over 5 years with a flexible rate that changed depending on our earnings ..ticked it off month hy month on the poster stuck to the fridge door, added in overtime, and windfalls ..paid over inheritance that thankfully, but sadly, saw our iva end 12...

Your wife needs to take some advice around her circumstances and consider the options available - as she is not working at the present time it won't necessarily be easy to identify a solution. The citizen advice bureau is a good starting point for her.
