Sorry to hear of your situation. Unfortunately getting a new business account maybe somewhat difficult if an iva is looming and your creditors are aware of the situation you are now facing. When my husband became self employed at the end of our iva we approached several bsnks and were refused a busi...

Third party needs to pay direct to IP - removing and potential "you have had a windfall" comment.

They can send securely in the same way as we send money between accounts with no problems.

As others hsve said this is not your responsibility and you should not agree or sign to anything. I am struggling a little with how a fiancè can ask someone who clearly has nothing to do with things to sign "their life away" - this must be adding undue pressure to your relationship too. St...

Whilst in an iva there will be a restriction placed on the sale of your house to ensure equity raised is paid back to your creditors up to 85% value (I think thst is the right figure) of your property, leaving you enough probably to pay a deposit for rental accomodation. You have to get the permissi...

Has your iva been approved at a creditors meeting ? If so you can offer a full and final figure to end your iva however this will need to be based on number of payments left x monthly amount. If it it yet to be approved you can request for the process to stop. Can I ask what work you are in that wil...

Prior to the creditors meeting you are ok to withdraw. I would ring your IVA company and inform then asking for your paperwork to be returned to you - i would then follow up in writing.

You are free to approach other providers.

You need to get some professional advice - HMRC can be included in your debt if you were to go with an iva but professional advice is what you need to ascertain which debt solution is the most ameniable to your situation.

Unfortunately your credit report will continue to show your iva for 6 years from its start date - so October 2020 ! Releasing equity may well be diffucult whilst it remains on your records. Ryan and or Shaun will give more specific advice. Good luck !
