Pay your rent and then 'save' the other money normally spent on paying creditors so you are building a small contingency ahead of your IVA meeting.

Great news and although I agree with Merlin that nothing will happen until the 6th anniversary I personally would send it off to the three agencies they can be annotating it us now concluded and any incorrectly defaults can be changed to the START of the iva so that when the 6th anniversary comes it...

Yes you can cancel if you have not yet signed your proposal documents.

Just ring the company and inform them of the change and if it were me I would follow it up in an email too.

No charge should be made at this stage.

If the iva is concluded including completion certificate them you are no longer beholden to your iva and should anything happen you would not need to inform.

The insolvency registrar will inform you of her chosen iva company and IP ... as foggy says proving it maybe difficult if nothing in writing exists.

You should be fine be but as suggested confirm it via your IP. The money is basically going up sit there for s few years and is not your money ultimately.
