The RX1 places a restriction during the course of the iva on selling the property without the IP permission it is not going to 'lose you the house.

Pay your rent and then 'save' the other money normally spent on paying creditors so you are building a small contingency ahead of your IVA meeting.

Yes you can cancel if you have not yet signed your proposal documents.

Just ring the company and inform them of the change and if it were me I would follow it up in an email too.

No charge should be made at this stage.

If the iva is concluded including completion certificate them you are no longer beholden to your iva and should anything happen you would not need to inform.
