I personally would delete and ignore - if you have never instructed them to look into PPI, signed any paperwork I would be 99.9% sure it is a scam !

Whatever you save from your allowances can be kept for a rainy day as you can guarantee within a few weeks you will need it, especially over the next couple of months with xmas and new year.

Your wife needs to take some advice around her circumstances and consider the options available - as she is not working at the present time it won't necessarily be easy to identify a solution. The citizen advice bureau is a good starting point for her.

Were they listed as a creditor in your proposal ? If they were but chose not to vote they are bound by the iva decision and are not allowed to hold onto your vehicle. If you ring your case worker and ask for a telephone appointment with your IP they should give you that chance - you may have to explain a little but I would insist in speaking to them and explain it is a private and very sensitve, difficult matter that you want to explain only once due to its upset...
