Hi, I've gone from total happiness of paying an f and f back in September 17, this week I finally get an email to say that my completion certificate is on its way. I'm separating which is why I paid it off, but I'm having problems finding somewhere to rent. I can prove earnings of up to £80k a year,...

Ok, I've called Aperture god knows how many times, emailed them 5 times and used their online contact form 3 times and nothing. Cannot speak to anyone, no one is coming back to me. I completed my IVA in September and need my certificate of completion so I can rent somewhere. Is there a governing bod...

I completely understand your frustration, I paid an f&f in September, although I've managed to speak to them once and they confirmed that it was settled but I haven't since been able to get hold of them. Seems they don't really care too much for dfd customers, I've left countless voice messages ...

My F&F was approved on 7/9 and on 8/9 I transferred the money, I've had no confirmation of this and their phone number isn't working, to say I'm concerned is an understatement. Anyone know how I can get hold of them?

Just had the call and my f&f has been accepted. Also was advised that as I have made a payment recently that is deducted from the offer. I could not be happier, feels like a huge weight is lifted and I can get on with my life

Amazing, got a letter today, creditors meeting is on 7th september. I'm with dfd, all I've seen is bad posts about them. Yes their fees are high, but they are upfront about their fees. Every time I've called I get an answer and the creditors meeting is within 5 weeks of making my offer. I haven't ha...

Yea, the £6,000 wasn't put forward as the IP didn't feel it sufficient. Spoke with my parents who have offered extra so I've offered £10,000. Today, 2 1/2 weeks later I received the report which I have accepted and now waiting for a date for the creditors meeting. Feel I'm so close to getting this n...

That is foggy, do you think they would take circumstance I to account? If there's a possibility of the iva failing or payments being reduced would the offer be better than what pots totally could be less in the long run? DFD said the equity might not be an issue as I'm moving out?

Hi, looking for some advice. I'm at the end of my 4th year of my IVA with DFD, I've never missed any of my £501 a month payments and it's been a struggle. I split with my wife 18 months ago but because of the payments I cannot afford to move out, but this is now putting a stress on me, my ex and our...
