Hi, I’m sure someone else will put your mind at rest too but my personal experience as well as others have experienced this and is regarded as normal. It just takes time for people and systems to catch up. If your IVA has been approved then rest assured you are now under its protection. I was receiv...

Hi, This doesn’t sound right. I’m no expert by any means but my IVA contained the clause of re-mortgaging in the last year as I had a joint mortgage when I entered into it. If it’s only your name on the mortgage then it shouldn’t be included in your wife’s IVA. It’s her IVA not yours. As it was my c...

I agree with the good advice already given. My personal experience after having my IVA accepted was receiving letters for a few months after from one creditor. All I was advised to do was send them into my IP and then they eventually ceased so don’t worry about these. Its just waiting for the variou...

Hi, They were understanding saying just to write to those creditors explaining the circumstances and just try to pursue my half of the PPI. They are happy for me to pursue rather than use their chosen PPI claim firm however I’ve not had a reply to my question which followed from being told that if I...

Hi there, I'm with Payplan too and almost finished with a few payments to go. I only needed my bank statements to hand but needed to send in 3 months worth of payslips and my current P60. Then every year, the review would be 3 months payslips and P60 when available sent in. The reviews are over the ...

Hi Foggy, Thank you for replying. I will definitely be chasing them up. It's so so close now. I did ask a few months back what I would need to complete and it took a few nudges to get them to reply. It sounds like it's no big deal and just need to supply them with my last payslip which I'm thinking ...

Well done from me as well. Thank you. Hi there, After reading this post (I only joined the forum a couple of days ago so pardon me for opening an old thread) I was wondering if you could put my mind at rest about the closure process of a 6 year IVA with Payplan? I've only got a few months left and ...

They should be understanding -- as should the lenders dealing with the claim, especially if there is any hint of DV involved. Hi Foggy, thanks for replying. No DV involved but a case of both moved on, no need or desire to be back in contact. It's through the break up that I had to go into the IVA a...

Hi, I'm due to complete y IVA in a few months. It should feel like light at end of the tunnel but I've got a problem with this PPI claim policy that's come into force after the 2017 ruling. I claimed successfully every bit of PPI long before I had to go into an iva. But I know as part of...
