So try not to worry about it (easier said than done :( ) I don’t feel they go through bank statements that thoroughly as giddy said th...

I’m with Bennett Jones. They have been great so far whenever I have a question I always seem to speak to the same member of staff and they email back almost instantly. I asked when I would get a decision and she said she will be doing mine within next 10 days or so. I don’t mind this seeing as my IV...

<t>Had my annual review email today asking for 3 months of bank statements and payslips. I asked for the I&E form and apparently they no longer use them and they base everything on guidelines agreed at beginning of IVA. Any changes have to be stated along with the bank statements etc. <br/> I kn...

Thanks foggy. That is what I thought it would be. Otherwise the nights away from the family are far less appealing. I will bring this up with my IP closer to the time as my annual review is due in February so I do t want wires to be crossed before then.
Thanks again

My 1st review is a few weeks away. I’m with Bennett jones. I had the exact same query so I called them and they said they would go on guidelines. I also asked about the transferring of money between myself and my wife as she is solvent but her income is included in my IVA and we often send eachother...

This has made me feel better reading this too. There are a lot of myths around reviews. I’m still nervous for mine but after the first I don’t think I’ll worry anymore.

As foggy has said in other posts they are looking to see our main outgoings and income are the same. Can’t wait til review is over a...

I have regular entries similar to your Greggs one. Being a lorry driver that stays away from home I often take a packed lunch for dinner but sometimes the only way for a hot meal is to get a cheaper Greggs or something similar. Hopefully my IP puts two and two together. Well done on the weight loss....

Thanks foggy, that’s actually a good way of looking at it. It’s a brilliant learning process but not one I ever wanted to be part of, but here I am :D
I’m just glad a forum like this exists where I can talk about a part of my life I can’t anywhere else

<t>Anyone else feel extremely nervous about first annual review?<br/> Been in an IVA for almost a year with Bennett Jones insolvency. Can’t fault them they have been as helpful as can be thus far. Since entering the IVA I haven’t really thought about it as an IVA more as an additional bill, but with...
