If I’m right in thinking that 3 months after your IVA completes, your taken off the insolvency register, when does this 3 months begin? Is it upon issue of the completion certificate?

I find with Credit Fix, if you email the closures department directly, you get a response. I have an email for a member of their team and contact them. I get a response, although it’s still like getting blood from a stone in terms of answers to things.

I was with Credit Fix, and I F&F on the 11th month of my IVA and they didn’t ask for I&E for that year.

They’re listed on the chairman’s report and all but three are listed on the completion certificate

I have the CC, it arrived within 2 weeks. I was just asking with regards to whether this is classed as discharge from insolvency

Has your IVA finished early? Sorry if I have misunderstood your post but many IVAs last up to 5/6 years so if yours started in 2017 it would be slightly unusual to have finished son soon, unless it was a lump sum type agreement?
