Sorry if this is being posted on the wrong section. So my IVA was F&F September 2018 having been taken out October 2017. I know it takes 6 years to clear off my credit report from that date. My questions are 1. After the 6 years is up, will I still be penalised? For example, would I be eligible to b...

Yes I’ve come off the IR which felt amazing.

I used clear score at the moment because it’s the only one I have used with doesn’t seem to sign me up to x amount per month after a 30 day trial but I don’t believe it shows me default dates, unless I’m mistaken.

I’m 4 months post F&F (IVA started October 2017) so I’m a long way off having a good score but I’m trying to take active steps to organise my life and credit score. On Clear Score, it says a negative is that I’m not registered in the electoral roll where I live, but I had confirmation that I am toda...

I’m a single mum to three so my only hope of entering the property ladder is shared ownership.

I entered an IVA in October 2017 and F&F in September 2018. So is it 6 years from the start or end of my IVA that my credit score is wiped clear?

If I’m right in thinking that 3 months after your IVA completes, your taken off the insolvency register, when does this 3 months begin? Is it upon issue of the completion certificate?

I find with Credit Fix, if you email the closures department directly, you get a response. I have an email for a member of their team and contact them. I get a response, although it’s still like getting blood from a stone in terms of answers to things.

I was with Credit Fix, and I F&F on the 11th month of my IVA and they didn’t ask for I&E for that year.

Creditors don't get usually listed on a completion certificate.

What document are they listed on please? What is the title of the document?
They’re listed on the chairman’s report and all but three are listed on the completion certificate

I have x amount of debts listed on my chairman’s report. I did a F&F settlement a couple of months ago and I’ve just noticed that a few debts aren’t listed on the completion certificate. HMRC is one and they are now chasing for an attachment of earnings of which I can’t prove through my completion c...

Thanks for clarifying.

Some firms take up to 6 months to issue the CC.
I have the CC, it arrived within 2 weeks. I was just asking with regards to whether this is classed as discharge from insolvency

Has your IVA finished early? Sorry if I have misunderstood your post but many IVAs last up to 5/6 years so if yours started in 2017 it would be slightly unusual to have finished son soon, unless it was a lump sum type agreement? Yes it finished early, as a Full and Final settlement was offered afte...

Ah ok I’ve got that so I will send them a copy. Am I entitled to a refund of any debt recovery that’s been made incorrectly whilst I was in an IVA?

I started my IVA October 2017 and have been on Universal Credits from the very start. DWP we’re taking out £47 a month from the amount I received even though the initial tax credit debt was included in the IVA. It wasn’t until March 2018 that this was resolved and the stopped taking it. I completed ...

We have always paid monthly for car insurance amd renewed it throughout iva. Made it much easier to budgrt for? Why are you angry with yourself?
