Thanks for your speedy reply Foggy. I have contacted our case manager just to let her know that we have had no contact from the company they have chosen, just so it doesn't appear that we are being non-compliant and not signing. Thanks again. :D

<t>I recently completed our first yearly review, and the process wasn't even half as traumatic as I had worked it up in my head to be! Payments have increased and there was money to be owed, be we'd been expecting this due to various changes throughout the year. We had the paperwork to confirm the r...

Thanks for your replies, 6.7k was the total amount of debt going into the IVA, so fingers crossed it looks positive that we will pay 100% back and perhaps even a little early which would be nice!
Thanks again!

I also had problems convincing half of my creditors that I was actually in an IVA, due to them not having heard anything. It wasn't until I was moved from swift insolvencies to Aperture in the November (iva started July), and our supervisor resent paperwork to creditors due to the confusion, that th...

The full debt was £6753.22, I thought it was odd that the company begged me to find another debt to make it higher, therefore added a water bill I had recieved only a matter of days before, which equalled around £150. Our repayments are only £100 a month, though due to significantly increase, meanin...

<t>I bit the bullet today and told my (wealthy) sister about our IVA, we took our last July for a 6.5k debt. She was beyond horrified we hadn't asked her to be a guarantor on a loan with lower interest, as I'm assuming our full debt would now be about doubled with IP fees and interest? Which we will...

<t>Is it ever possible to change from an IVA to a debt management plan? It's looking likely we may have a fairly significant change in our circumstances, meaning we would be able to manage our debts a lot better, we entered the iva almost a year ago with debts of around £7500 between us both.<br/> <...

Does anyone have any experience with Northridge finance? We're currently around 4 months into our finance, we own it at the end, with no balloon payment. It is 5 years long. Our creditors meeting to see if they accept the IVA is 17th July. We have agreed we will pay the extra to creditors for the fi...
