Either those dealing with your estate would find the paperwork, or the Treasury Solicitor bona vacantia department, if there is no-one else to deal with it. thank you foggy. you are so well informed. and sensitive to everybodys worries however silly they maybe but necessary to the people concerned....

if I die whilst in an iva and none of my family know I have an iva, what will happen . I do not have property or will and I am in rented accommodation

ps to the above, this was agreed before my iva was accepted, as I was asked to change to single occupancy, but I told them I wanted to keep it the way it was because as I have said his girlfriend is on single occupancy, and if I asked him to go on hers I would have had to explain the reason why and ...

I was in nearly the same position as you, my son stayed at his girlfriends most nights but I was paying full council tax and had him as still living with me as his girlfriend got single occupancy and I did not want to tell my son about my iva so I kept him on my coun cil tax and paid the full amount...

i am with creditfix and my allowance for hobbies etc is £60 and I was accepted, I use this to take my grandchild out two days a week

I have been in an iva since September, can you tell me if I die will my daughter have to pay my debt, I have a small life insurance of about £12k to cover my funeral costs with a little bit left over, I am in rented property and have no other asset

i have a £200 allowance for food, I want to join diet chef which will give me breakfast, lunch dinner and a snack for £119.99, I would have to buy fruit, veg, bread, milk and any other fresh food on top of this, would keep in my allowance, would I be allowed to do this

Easier to give him the cash. As I say, as long as your total annual income matches that which the IP is expecting to see, it should be OK.

They probably won't notice the extra going out -- but might query the extra payment in at your annual review. The main thing is that your total annual income is what they expect it to be.
