I have been in an iva since September, can you tell me if I die will my daughter have to pay my debt, I have a small life insurance of about £12k to cover my funeral costs with a little bit left over, I am in rented property and have no other asset

i have a £200 allowance for food, I want to join diet chef which will give me breakfast, lunch dinner and a snack for £119.99, I would have to buy fruit, veg, bread, milk and any other fresh food on top of this, would keep in my allowance, would I be allowed to do this

Easier to give him the cash. As I say, as long as your total annual income matches that which the IP is expecting to see, it should be OK.

They probably won't notice the extra going out -- but might query the extra payment in at your annual review. The main thing is that your total annual income is what they expect it to be. Your IP should be aware that your pension is 4 weekly and have adjusted the monthly payments to suit -- did you discuss this ? hi foggy No they haven't they have worked it out on my monthly payment. I don't mind this it is just I have caught up now and will be drawing £700 cash instead of £300 cash...

hi, I get my pension every 4 weeks which mean my income is less every month than stated on my income and expenditure, in December my pension catches up and I will have about £700 more that month,will this be queried, as I have been struggling on less money every month.I intend using the extra for xm...

21p is still a reasonable dividend and they knew of this possibility at the start. They might propose an extra year, but leave that to them, do not plant that seed now. Let's hope they see sense. hi foggy, I have just read the last question, and I don't understand how an iva can go on for ten years...
