Why are we not surprised about CF! Stick to your guns and tell them you want that putting forward and there is no more available.

Hi,

A DRO only lasts 12 months -I assume you mean an IVA or DMP? Which company is it? It is your offer to make and they have to put it forward. Insist on it. Where is the money coming from?

It will be on your file for six years from the date your IVA started. Did you finish it early? Check default dates are correct on your credit record.

You may be ok if it says 100% but we can't help you with that.. You have to make the decision. 100% has to be better than 80.

If it's clear there shouldn't be anything untoward on there. I agree with foggy that you need to check companies that do a soft search so that it doesn't show up on your credit rating and it will give you an idea as to whether or you will be accepted.

Your overdraft should be included in your IVA and should not be used. Have you changed your bank account to a non creditor?

What sort of gambling are you talking about? The odd flutter on the lottery using anything spare from your allowances is fine, any regular gambling may be frowned on and could affect your IVA.

You are unlikely to get any help from Aperture as they no longer exist. You will need to contact Jarvis to see if they still have paperwork for you.

You will need to give them a call - it could be that a creditor has not put in a claim yet.

It was Aperture, who in turn sold their clients to Jarvis.

They won't cancel your SO, you have to do it. Check with your IP as to whether you can cancel it. I believe DFD don't operate anymore and I can't remember who took over their portfolio.
