I don't think HMRC were aware of the IVA at the time as the debt came to light some time afterwards and so would not have been part of the voting.

If it's accepted you will make no more payments but any windfalls etc will have to be paid across until you get your completion letter as you will still be bound by the IVA.

Hi,

It can take anything up to six months but your IVA will remain on your credit record for six years from the start.

The chances are that you won't be able to remortgage but, depending on your terms and conditions you may be offered a secured loan which sometimes works out cheaper in the long run.

Unfortunately some banks keep markers for a long time and there is nothing you can do about it other than complain. If you go into a branch then sometimes they can override the computer.

I think you will be ok and you would become a lodger and pay rent. You would have to tell your IP and possibly do a new I&E.
