I agree - don't give CF access to your bank account online.

I agree with Foggy - it is hard and you will have to tighten your belt for a while but it will be worth it in the end. One way to help is to do online surveys which will help fund Christmas and birthdays.

Not heard of Dave Ramsey personally.

You can ask as many as you like but until they contact you there is nothing you can do.

No, as long as it's not a business and you don't make a vast amount of money you will be fine.

Hi,

It would have been an interlocking IVA and you should now get in touch with your IP and ask them to separate them. Did you have any joint debts?

No they can't. Your bank is bound by the IVA. As a point of interest, is it either HSBC or First Direct? Did you open a new account before your IVA was agreed?

I would hang on until you are officially told - you may be ok. You can apply for another one if you need to but there is no guarantee it will be accepted.

I thought your IVA completed in 2014 reading previous posts and EIF have already got PPI?

Agree with Foggy - you do need to sign it if there is anything else to be claimed.

It shouldn't be showing anywhere after all this time so I think you will be ok.
