Sorry about all of these problems but Ebengate are not being good at the moment. Double check on the IR to see who your IP is now as I believe it mave changed.

Just to let you know that this site is not constantly monitored now. Try this one now https://theivaforum.co.uk/forum/

You could ask that the IVA be closed down with payments made to date due to the circumstances, If it fails you will be back to owing the full amount to your creditors but you could set up a payment plan with a different firm and although it will take longer to pay off it should be better for you. You should try and offer as close to the original amount as possible but you can but try to make your offer. Don't forget you will have fees to pay on top and it will take a couple of months to go through.

That's fabulous news Adam - so glad it has worked out for you. A great early Christmas present as well.

Good luck for the future.

They wouldn't put it through if they didn't think it would be accepted and I, personally have heard of one being rejected. I think you will be fine.

That is too much for a DRO. I don't know if companies are required to renegotiate. If they have said no then that might be it and, as you have said it's their loss.

It is up to your IP to chase Plend who do sound like a nightmare of a company.

With Bankruptcy you may well have to pay an Income Payments order depending on your disposable income and your credit record will be shot for 6 years, same as with the IVA.

Keep talking to your IP.

I know it's a pain but you just have to be patient and keep checking - have you checked the IS to see what it says on there?

Your IP should inform the CRAs that your IVA has completed, mine did and, as far as I am aware, so did all of my friends on here.
It doesn't automatically drop off - down to your IP and not you.

If it's gone to the closures team then the information regarding the creditors acceptance will be on your completion letter. I never received anything other than that.

Brilliant news - hopefully your completion will come through soon but be aware your credit rating will still be shot for the full six years from the start of the IVA.

Hanover were taken over by Creditfix. I would email them or phone them and ask them to confirm in writing. Your completion letter can take up to six months but CF have been quite good recently.
