You also tell them to remove any reference to BR and they will do so.

I think there is more than one creditor reading the original post and of course some jobs won't allow you to be insolvent.

Hi,

Unlikely unless you can pay back 100p in the pound, anything after that plus fees will be returned to you.

Hi,

You can always ask for a payment break but you may not be able to get a payday loan. Why are you struggling? You may find you are struggling again next month.

My employer still does this with my pension - all I do is pay it across to a savings account until it is due and then pay it across to my normal account.

I agree that it is probably classed the same as PPI and as such I personally think it is due to your creditors.

Hi,

You will be in an interlocking IVA. Chances are you will continue on for a further 12 months as you are unlikely to be able to remortgage. You will never pay back more than your original debt plus fees and possible statutory interest.

You can always get them to blank out totals and just leave the sum they are providing. Make sure your IP knows it is only available for your offer and will be withdrawn if not accepted.

Hi,

Once in an IVA, your credit rating will be shot for six years regardless, even if you manage to pay off all if your creditors. You will have a restriction on any sales which is registered at the Land Registry and would need your IP's permission to sell.
