Good news.

Creditors accepted the payments to date as full and final.. That's it no more payments

I was told that they had to wait 28 after the creditors meeting to start closing the iva.. Is this normal?

I am so. Relieved. Early Christmas present for me.

Thanks everyone x

Thanks Foggy

I just need some closure after all this time, they took my mobile and said they would contact me to let me know the outcome. Why do they do this. As if you don't have enough worry about what's happening to not contact you is dreadful.

Hi All. Aperture Informed me last month, that they have organized a creditors meeting to hopefully get my iva finally completed. It was set for today and was told that I would be told the outcome. I have not heard anything from aperture, is this normal? Should I wait for them to contact me? Or give ...

Sorry, I don't want to put anyone off entering into an iva, my case is a very difficult one.. I have had loads of bad luck to be honest. I dont have any advice about the chances of it being sorted, I just wondered why youve been in an IVA 10 years? Im not surprised you want things wrapped up. Thats a very long time tohave it hanging over you. Hope it is accepted in december. I often wonder that. I have had loads of ups and downs. Ch...

Hi Just a quick question if any one can answer please. I have a creditors meeting 12th December for aperture to try and conclude my iva. My dividend has reduced down to 21p because of a shortfall on a secured loan when my home was repossessed by the secured loan company.. I have been in an iva since...

Was the original dividend just an estimate or did you promise a minimum dividend as part of your proposals? If the dividend was an estimate then it seems odd that the IVA would fail just because the end dividend will be lower than was originally estimated - this happens all the time in IVAs. It sou...

Did your original proposals offer a minimum dividend for the IVA to be successful? Hi Lisa The original. Dividend was 43p then as the years moved on and I had a reduction in income and several reviews it reduced. I came out of work and defaulted and lost my home. The shortfall was added to the Iva ...

Hi

I have just sent them a reply. Stating that I will be making a formal complaint. If I don't get any joy out of them then I will escalate it further

Thanks

I am gutted despite being told if I made my last payment of nearly £700. I have just received an email from them saying that unfortunately they cannot move forward on my completion. If I had gone bankrupt this would have gone on as long as this. I have at least 6 emails saying that if I made payment...

Hi all, I'm a new member and my iva was also with aperture. Completed in July, still waiting for CC. I'm expecting to wait 6 months, with this mob that's the reality. !! Thank you. Hi
I made my final payment in September. I was assured that my case would be sent to the completions department to have it finalized and a certificate of completion issued. Despite several emails to them. I have it heard a thing. Any suggestions please.

Thanks

Thank you both for your reply. At least I can now see an end to this. I will allow up to a year then. I will keep on at aperture if I have not heard anything within the 6 months.
