On a iva now comeing up for second review my partner has bin not allowed out or work till June I am selfemployed also not working till September banks are closed and we dont have online banking so cannot provide bank statements what will happen
You need to speak to your IP and see what their advice is on this.

As Kallis says -- speak to your IP. Many banks should still be contactable by phone, email or via their websites to order copies of statements (depending on staff availability) .

Bank statements can be requested by phone - I would revert to receiving statements by post in the current situation so you have these coming every month from the bank.
Take this time to ensure your tax returns are completed 18/19 (deadline next week) so you benefit from the June payout by HMRC
