Hi William and welcome to the forum.

Are you saying that you are going to make a payment to an IVA company in order for them to go ahead and make a proposal for you?

You can phone up the company concerned and tell them you no longer wish to proceed and that they should not take any money.

Is there any reason why you no longer wish to proceed?

Why did the company say that you needed to make this payment William? Are your IVA proposals ready for submission to creditors?
