we are currently in an iva roughly 4 years .me and my husband seperated last december .im struggling with the bills so have decided to sell the house .we are with credit fix .would it be better to cancel iva with them and pay creditors out of sale house ,or ask credit fix permission for me to sell house and ask for a settlement figure .

I would approach them with an OFFER to sell up to fund a F&F, taking the stance that if creditors do not accept the offer you will not sell the house and, even if accepted the offer will have to be conditional on the house sale going through. No acceptance, no sale.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

I agree - proposed a variation based on settlement from sales proceeds otherwise you could lose the house and be back to square one with your debts, potentially facing Bankruptcy.
