Hi,

So thankfully my 6years on my IVA is nearly complete, was a lump sum agreement. However I noticed on my credit file I have a set aside date in 6 months time?

Now I have a memory of a sieve and I have moved twice since then so not entirely sure where my paperwork is but will the set aside date still show on my credit file?

I am separating from my partner and need to move, I also don't have a gaurentor so before I start putting money down for a deposit I don't want to waste my time.

Any help appreciated
Wayne

I imagine a CCJ was set aside pending the outcome of the IVA and, as the IVA was successful the CCJ will be set aside on the date mentioned as the debt has been settled otherwise.

The CCJ will probably still be showing on your credit file and will remain visible, even after the set aside date for 6 years from the date the CCJ was issued, which should have been before the IVA, so, should be disappearing soon. I would enquire of the CRA (as well as checking the others).
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
