I am wanting to settle my daughters IVA.She has offered the remaining balance as settlement. My only concern is Step Change has included in the paperwork advice to contact a solicitor prior to payment. Does anyone know if I have any further liability or come back once the payment has been made ?

This is "standard best advice" that Stepchange routinely give. Once the offer has been accepted and the IVA concluded there will be no further liability in respect of the IVA.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Bear in mind that the money will be classed as a gift so if you and daughter fall our you will not be able to pursue her for repayment.
