They only sent out a break down of creditors and fees etc
Also to confirm f&f variation had been accepted and confirmed.

When you get the breakdown of who has been paid what and fees you usually get the completion certificate with that paperwork. It is not a 'certificate' as such ... just a paragraph typed out and signed stating that you have fully complied and that they are no longer acting. Check what they sent you --- CF are usually quite fast at getting these things done. Also check the Insolvency Register --- are you still on that ? Is the IVA marked completed if you are still on it ?

Certificate will say something like this:

I, xxxxxxx of xxxxxxxxx, Chartered Accountant, the Supervisor of the aforementioned voluntary arrangements give notice pursuant to Rule 5.34(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that my duties are complete and that the arrangements have been fully implemented.
xxxxxxxx
Dated this xxxxxxxx

Give CF a call .... you might have slipped down the back of a filing cabinet. As I say, they are normally on the ball when it comes to completions.

Yes I will
They had the funds
Since beginning of September.
So let's say it's been 3 months I have been waiting
Heard nothing except for a annual report they sent me of break down of their fees etc.
Then nothing ?
Anyone else had a annual report .
Never had one before ?

This should have been sorted by now - I would keep chasing and also consider making a complaint.

I did have to chase mine up, they said it was because creditors hadn’t replied to them, hour later the certificate as such was in my inbox dated 3 day’s previous! I have found CF lack in communication with their customers, I had to chase my full and final offer outcome also!

Hope it all sorts out for you! :) x

Emailed them to see why it's taking so long to get my completion certificate
They had the f&f money since September.
Waiting is making me feel anxious

5.31A is just the number of the Insolvency Rules (1986) relating to regular accounts of progress of the arrangement.
You might have to chase them up on the phone on Monday -- CF are atrocious at communication and, when you do get hold of them, they are a little 'fluid' with explanations.
