I’ve only been in an iva for 1 month, but parents have offered to clear it , Can I ask for a final settlement figure already ?

No reason why not. It will take a couple of months to set up a full and final - how much is your IVA?

Do not ask for a 'settlement' figure -- this will be the full debt, plus fees. Ask to make a 'full and final' offer, which is usually based on outstanding agreed payments and can often be rounded down a little from that figure.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
