They won't cancel your SO, you have to do it. Check with your IP as to whether you can cancel it. I believe DFD don't operate anymore and I can't remember who took over their portfolio.

Only you can cancel it, they can't. Personally I would cancel it after the last payment but keep the money aside until you have heard from them. Especially with the 2 changes of company.

I agree -- it is easier to pay them anything missed than it is getting an overpayment back !
