Hi, having looked at this forum i;m hoping you can give me adise on this. I have just had my IVA proposal accepted on 29th June 2010 which is great. Also i've been informed of an unepected payrise of £2.k. My first payment is due to be paid the end of July 2010. However I was only able to make the agreed payment of £216 because my mum was kindly going help contribute an extra £200 a month. Now I have a payrise she will now only contribute £50. Should I inform the IP? if so will my contributions increase? as I can not afford an increase.

Hi there and welcome to the forum

I would advise the IP out of courtesy, but they ought to be happy that you are funding more and your mother less. Am sure your Mum will be as well!
