We completed our IVA 2013.
In our final report part of the letter said "I am holding back £3.098.1 of PPI REFUNDS PENDING CLARIFICATION ON AMOUNTS OFFSET BY CREDITORS CAPTURED BY THE ARRANGEMENT.
What does this mean? Should I of received any further notification from them?

Doubtful - PPI is still due to your creditors even though your IVA is finished. If you have managed to pay your debts in full then any surplus funds will be returned to you.

I would want to know the eventual fate of this money and would suggest writing to your former IP for a final accounting.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
