That's bad of Creditfix and they should not keep harassing you like this. Please speak to one of the smaller companies as suggested. They won't keep harassing you.m Tell CF to do one as you are going elsewhere.

I have to say that with all I've read on here Creditfix would be the last company I would choose if we were looking now.

Yes been to see citizens advice old then everything what had happened from step change her jaw just dropped to the floor she couldn't believe it. She went through everything and as stood me to come back friday so I can do a full expediture with them but she thinks I might not have to fo on a iva? Which I was shocked about as step change was ramming that down my throat ? So maybe a debt relief order now. But I will know more end off week. Telling my story I started to cry as she didnt make me feel pressured or anything just there to listen. Not like before when it was like they was selling something I may not need. Will keep you posted either way I have to go. Thank you for all our advice.

I'm glad they were able to help you - hopefully a DRO will be ok as long as you fit the criteria. Have you told Stepchange or CF that you won't be signing anything with them?

Yes I've told step change and hes still whatsapp me and said it's up to me what I want to do and then a few hours later saying this and that wouldnt be suitable etc? I've emailed creditfix and said I'm going another direction and have asked for my money back that they took but nothing back ad yet.

I would threaten them with a complaint about harassment - it may get them off your back.

Another 6 texts and emails today from credit fix so I rang them and then have cancelled my account and they am refunding me the £100 they had taken. They said it was a good will so creditors can see I'd make the payment.

That's good - creditors won't know about it though.

Have a word with one of the smaller companies who may be able to help.
