Should iva be complete by now

ive been with apture and last payment was October 2017, I have just phone them and said it wont be completed july/august!2018 but my iva finished in febuary 2018 but payed them early was that wise? or worse off?

Aperture tend to take a while to issue completion letters so I would just keep pestering them.

as advised by foggy search the insolvency register click on your name and find out whom your ip is.
then go back and search for your ip you will get there direct email.email them.
i was the same never heard a thing last payment janruary,email my ip .same day gets a call from an aperture
rep saying hes taken my case,this was a month ago.lo and behold got a call wednesday saying its completed
and paperwork is in post phew.what a feeling

Check your terms - you possibly had a 6 month period to close term in there, but if you did they should have closed it by April. I would make a formal written complaint then escalate it here if necessary:
