I received my completion certificate from Aperture in February 2018. Today, February 2019 I have received a letter saying that a PPI claim for £10k is to be sent to Aperture - is this correct please. When my IVA finished I filed all paperwork as I was so relieved to get it off my back.

Yes, I am afraid that this is correct, as recently ratified in the courts --- all PPI compensation and similar that existed during the IVA still belongs to the creditors, even after completion. Some IPs are not interested and will sign a letter of no interest, allowing the refund to be paid to you. But ... Aperture are known for going for the jugular and will want this money!
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.
