I think im in trouble i am 10 months to the end of my iva, had a issue and have taken out a provident load but cannot afford to pay it back now. silly thing is in my ive provident is covered from a old load could i add my new one to it?

You cannot add a new loan now. How much is it for ? Why did you get it ?

Hmmm -- this could lead to the IVA being failed. Your IP might, in the circumstances, agree to a payment break to cover the loan payments, but this will be added back on at the end of the IVA.
