Thank you Jan thats a lovely thing to say[:X]

I don't have a problem with William as he is known to you (rather that than a stranger)
I am sure though that you can see it from my point of view, had he emailed me randomly asking what I thought of the site, I would of resonded and asked him who he was. But as he responded to an email I sent to a new FF, it made it very clear that not only my FF had me email but someone else did as well. At that point William could of been anyone.

I can see it from your point of view and I would have felt the same if it was me.

Hopefully it will be sorted soon.

Don't leave us though.

Thank you for listening admin - as I said, I am glad to hear William is known to you and not a stranger, just found it bizarre he would reply to one of my emails to someone else.

Stressy time for all of us, and im not excempt from going a bit over the top when security is an issue. I have no intention of anyone knowing about my IVA except the people on here (even if I get to know any of you on a personal level) my parents, inlaws and of course my hubby! Im just proud I guess, alls well that ends well, glad you all understand my concern in the frst instance.

Hi ThriftyWitch
Your security is very important to ourselves but rest assured that only myself, admin and William can access email addresses etc. We never pass on details to anyone outside of IVA.co.uk and no one will find out about your IVA.
We are here to build a safe place for people in debt to exchange information, ideas and support annonymously and have worked very hard over the last five years to achieve this.
You have nothing to worry about
Regards
Andam Davies

Thanks Skippy and Andy.
I think I got more frustrated trying to explain that William had responded to an email meant for someone else. I felt that it was being perceived (possibly with my stressed, rushed initial post) that he had coincidently emailed me at the same time I had emailed a FF, which wasn't the case. I felt I was having trouble explaining that it was definately a responce to my email to someone else. You don't expect anyone else to be able to read the email content of someone elses email. Email address are one thing but actually reading and responding to someone elses email was what worried me and indeed my FF.

Anyway, thanks again, old ground being covered now, alls well.

Hi All

I am ThrifyWitch's FF. We have been both very worried about this today and as ThrifyWitch is explaining this person should not of been allowed to intervene with our personal messages to each other. If we had wanted that then we would of just posted on here, so that everyone could of read our personal messages.

We both hope that this gets sorted asap. ThriftyWitch, please don't let William stop you from using this forum. We have had a virus on a previous comuputer, years ago, and it is very scary knowing what people can do, and I know that we have both been really concerend over our security, but I am sure admin will get it sorted.!! - Well I hope they do anyway!!!

You have given some real valuable feedback/information to other posters on here, and we both need this site - please don't go.

Sam xx [:(!]
