Small pay day loan?

Am i able to take a small payday loan to use to give towards school cost for my son?

You need permission from your IP to get any credit over £500, assuming you have the usual clauses. This £500 is often quietly taken up by gas and electricity credit accounts and pay monthly car insurance. In any event, reputable lenders would refuse as you will fail any credit check. Those that don't turn you down will be asking eye watering rates and might break bones if you default !

You could ask your IP if they would agree to a short payment break to allow the school purchase --- this will be added back on at the end of the IVA.
