Stylishly reviewed by The Insolvency Panel.

Even if you only care about your own immediate interests and understandably have no interest in the bigger picture this is still a great read.

Apologies if this has been posted by anyone else.

An interesting read, but, as ever, in my opinion and slightly contrary to theirs, it doesn't go far enough towards providing mediation and resolution for the debtor. I agree that regulatory teeth would be more responsive, time-wise, to complaints but feel that the FCA has more muscle which it flexes to get restitution for the complainant. The regulatory bodies are still too self absorbed or disinterested.
My opinions are merely that .. opinions based on experience. Always seek professional advice.

Indeed, or not really regulatory in any meaningful sense. This seems to me a somewhat (though not entirely) self-serving and incestuous industry.
The FCA aren't IMVHO a lot better.
