My sister is willing to pay for me to go to school, the diploma cost £700 she will pay weekly with her card but the diploma is for me? Will I be able to do it or will it breach my Iva

If she is paying for it, it should be ok. Will you be working and able to pay your IVA?

Yes I’ll be working my current job still and be doing my diploma in my own time cos I have 3 years to complete it and I meant friend/family. Cos my boyfriend and my sister want to help pay it

If someone else is paying, I don't see it being a problem.

As long as they are paying for it directly and not giving you the money to pay with, then your IP need not even know about it.

Good luck with the course.
