i had an iva approved on 21st may 2015 on the 06 july 2017 i had a certificate of completion sent to us as our arrangement was completed and so was closed eight months after this we were able to get a car from ford on pcp we have had the car for three years no defaults in any payments went to do pcp again and were refused credit they said to us there is something coming up can we have this removed as we no longer have any debt thank mrs k lewis

Have you checked your credit record recently? If something is wrong on there you need to get the agencies to correct it.

The IVA and / or associated defaults will still be showing -- maybe they just overlooked it last time, or the defauklt has been added since. Aske them which agency they used and get a copy of your statutory report from them and see what it says.
