Son has been helping me as income dropped

When I started with iva i had full time work and 2 years on im on the sick my pay is less than half im still paying the iva what i was looking to no my son been helping every month i tranfer money into his account he uses it to pay everything out i dont get much in the month so he pays around 400 pound aswell a month i still have a loss off 400 pound but i have cut down on alot off things and i still can pay everything but its my bank account that shows that im putting money every day into his account everything is nearly comes out off his account so i put in to his to help to pay them he has it that way so incase im not charge from the bank ii have only 408 pound a month is all i get and i still have half off rent to pay

Is the IVA still viable ? Maybe a DRO could be in the picture with your changed circumstances. I would suggest having a chat with CAB, where they can go through the figures with you, as well as explain your options.
