Hi I have had an Iva in place since June 2020 I have 2 sons who live with me who both receive PIP this was put down and then disregarded as this is their disability money and the debt was in my name was this right will it still be disregarded when I have my review in June also next February when my son turns 20 my tax credit will finish and he will be claiming Universal credit in his own name as he is severely disabled he cannot work will his universal credit be taken into account as a income many thanks all my sons money goes through my bank account and into theirs as I am their appointee thank you

It does rather depend, these days, on the view your IP takes. The interpretation of the old terms and conditions seems to be getting more fluid as time goes on. My usual reply would be that your son's money is his own and, when he gets UC this should also be treated as his own, though he might be expected to contribute to food etc., reducing your agreed expenses in this regard slightly.

I would have a chat with your IVA provider, ahead of time, to get this sorted --- preferably get the result in writing.
